If you plan to come to DBSA in person during COVID, please read this in it’s entirety.
Our first in person meeting during the pandemic was held on August 19th and was a success. We have continued to hold our weekly Wednesday in person meetings and Tuesday night Zoom Meetings.
Please pre-register here for our next meeting (October 21st,) as we currently can only accommodate 25 people. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation at this time.
*If you have difficulties figuring out pre-registration on the above linked website, please call or text June Walker at 484-664-0353 no later than 6pm on the Wednesday before the meeting to let her know your name and that you are coming to the meeting that night. Many thanks.

•Meetings are 1 hour 30 minutes long, please make sure you are prepared to be here the entire time from sign-in on; restrooms will be available for a limited time; there will no official social after the meeting ends
•Please make an effort to be timely as the sign-in process has changed to include temperature taking and a brief COVID-19 questionnaire
•Please make sure to keep social distancing of 6 feet or more while waiting in the sign-in line
•The group will provide hand sanitizer but we ask everyone to please provide your own mask • NOTE: Anyone who refuses or is unable to wear a mask while present on the church property will be asked to instead participate in our ongoing Zoom meetings online
•If you wish to donate to the DBSA-Lehigh Valley Chapter, please do so at sign-in
•In order to comply with PA’s Green Phase guidelines regarding number of participants allowed to gather in one place as well as the physical space needed to maintain 6 feet of social distancing between participants, the following room occupancy guide will be enforced until further notice:
• Fellowship Hall – max of 25 people, per Commonwealth of PA
• NOTE: If there are more people in attendance than we are allowed to accommodate indoors the overflow will meet outside under the tents
•Please be mindful of other group members and their boundaries regarding social distancing. We realize that it can be difficult to maintain distance while chatting due to various reasons, but we ask that everyone avoids encroaching on another person’s space as much as possible
•Due to the Commonwealth of PA’s prohibition on indoor gatherings of more than 25 people there will be no officially sanctioned social time after the small group meetings
•We ask that all participants minimize the use of the church’s indoor restrooms as much as possible due to sanitizing concerns. In order for our group to be allowed to meet on the church property and use their facilities the church has asked that we help the custodial staff in the cleaning and disinfecting of any spaces we use. To this end, restrooms will only be available until 8:15pm.
•Please remember to wash hands for at least 20 seconds when using the restrooms
